Governance of the Marshall AI Governance Readiness Standard

The Marshall AI Governance Readiness Standard (MAGRS) is a professional framework designed to promote responsible adoption of artificial intelligence within organizations.

The framework is guided by the Marshall Principle:

Artificial intelligence may assist human decision-making, but responsibility always remains with humans.

MAGRS operates under a structured governance model designed to maintain independence, clarity of purpose, and long-term credibility.
