These terms apply when you pay for a Cleanup. By completing payment, you agree to them.
Who we are. Marshall Network Services is a sole proprietorship owned by Richard K. Marshall, Lexington, Kentucky. Contact: richard@marshall.net or 859-254-8388.
For businesses only. This service is sold only to businesses and organizations, not for personal, family or household use. By paying, you confirm that you’re buying for a business and that you’re authorized to act for it.
1. What you’re buying. The Cleanup costs $297, paid once. It includes your initial report, the corrections, and one month of follow-up care. We find and fix wrong or missing facts about your business, such as name, address, phone, hours and website, where customers and AI tools look them up. That includes Google, maps, and the sources AI tools draw on.
2. Timing. We complete Steps 1 and 2 within 7 days. The 7 days start once we have both your payment and your confirmation of your correct business facts. Time we spend waiting on information or approval from you doesn’t count.
3. What "complete" means. Steps 1 and 2 are complete when we send you a dated before-and-after record showing, for each source, what it said before, what we submitted or changed, and its status on the completion date.
4. When a platform rejects or delays an update. Google, maps services and other platforms control their own listings and timelines. Some take weeks to publish a change, ask for extra verification, or turn a change down.
5. No guarantee about AI answers. We can correct the sources AI tools commonly draw on. We can’t control what ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any other AI tool says, when it updates, or how it ranks or describes your business. We don’t guarantee any particular answer, ranking, traffic or sales.
6. Refunds. Fix or no fix, we make no guarantee of outcome. What you pay for is the work and the dated evidence of what we did and what happened. If your AI Business Check finds your facts are already correct, that dated report is your proof, and the Cleanup isn’t refunded. If we don’t deliver the work and evidence described in these terms, contact us and we’ll make it right.
7. Follow-up care, and Care after that.
8. Your part. You confirm that the business facts you give us are accurate. Please answer our questions and approval requests promptly.
9. Privacy and discretion. We use your information only to do this work. Our Privacy Policy explains how. We won’t name you as a customer publicly without your written permission.
10. Limit of liability. Our total liability for the Cleanup is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for actions or decisions by third-party platforms or AI tools.
11. Kentucky law. These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
12. Changes. The version of these terms in effect when you pay applies to your order.
