What the Cleanup does
We agree your facts. A 15-minute call: your business name, phone, address, hours, services and categories, the way you want them shown. At the end of the call you add us as a manager on your listings. We never take your password.
We check every place in scope. Your Google Business Profile, your website’s contact and service pages, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, and up to 3 other key listings. We look for duplicate listings too.
We correct what we control and submit corrections everywhere else. Where we have manager access, we make the change. Where we don’t, we submit the correction through that site’s own process.
We re-test the AI answers. We ask ChatGPT and other AI assistants about your business again and record what they say.
You get a before-and-after. What was wrong, what we changed or submitted, and what each place shows now, with dates.

Care is what follows a Cleanup, and it keeps things right. A monthly check of your facts, fixes whenever something changes, and a short monthly note. Changing your hours for a holiday? Email richard@marshall.net and we update the listings. Cancel anytime.
