This page explains what we collect when you use our sites, how we use it, and how to reach us. It is written for a small U.S. firm. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer.

On marshall.net and related Marshall Network Services product sites you may find:
- A free Aidentity Snapshot (public-web review of a named business)
- An optional Intelligence Workbook ($295)

- Simple ways to ask for a Snapshot, a Workbook, or a conversation
What we collect
When you fill out the Snapshot form, we may receive: work email (required), name (required), company (required), website (optional), city (optional), and hidden tags that record which page or interest brought you to the form.
When you fill out the intake form, we may receive: organization, name, title, and email (required); website (required); phone, locations, sample location, and notes (optional); which interest you selected (Snapshot, Workbook, or conversation) and how you heard about us.
When you email us (including via a mailto link to richard@marshall.net), we receive whatever you put in that message.
When we prepare a Snapshot, we review public web evidence about the named business. We do not need your private inbox contents to do that work. Snapshot uses public sources only; we don’t sell your inbox.
We do not invent a list of ad networks, analytics vendors, or sub-processors on this page. If you need to know whether a specific tool is in use, ask us at richard@marshall.net.
How we use what you send
- Respond to your request (Snapshot, Workbook, conversation, or other product ask)
- Prepare and deliver work Richard Marshall has agreed to send
- Keep ordinary business records (who asked, what was sent, what was paid)
We do not sell your email address or inbox for junk mail.
Outbound messages about our work are sent by Richard Marshall — not by automated prospect spam from our sites’ bots.
Payment
If you choose to buy a paid offer (for example the Intelligence Workbook), payment is handled through our payment processor (Stripe). Card details are collected by Stripe, not typed into a form we store ourselves on marshall.net. Checkout terms appear on the live purchase page at the time of sale. Questions: richard@marshall.net.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when:
- You ask us to (for example, involving another person on your side)
- A service we use must process it to deliver the work (for example, email delivery or payment processing) — and only as needed for that purpose
- The law requires it
We do not publish client names, quotes, or case blurbs on public glass unless you clearly authorize that use.
Retention
We keep form and email records as long as needed for the request, ordinary bookkeeping, and legal obligations — then we stop using them for new outreach. Ask us if you want a specific record deleted where we can do so.
Security
We use ordinary small-business care (access limited to people Richard K. Marshall authorizes). No method of transmission or storage is perfect. If you believe there has been a problem, email richard@marshall.net.
Children
These sites are for business adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
- Email us to correct or update what you sent
- Ask what we hold about a request you made
- Ask us not to use your address for further optional offers (we may still need to keep a record of work already done)
State / international visitors
We are a small Kentucky firm. This policy is written for that scope. If you are in California, the EU, or another place with extra rules and need a specific add-on, contact richard@marshall.net — we will say honestly whether we can support that request or need counsel.
Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of our sites after an update means the new version applies to new activity.
