Program description
Marshall Network Services (Richard K. Marshall, sole proprietor) sends text messages from 859-254-8388 to people who request a Free AI/SI Business Check and check the optional SMS consent box on that form, or who text us first. Messages are replies about your Business Check request and customer service, such as confirming we received your request, asking a follow-up question, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
How you opt in
On the form at marshall.net/check/, you enter your phone number and check an optional, unchecked box that reads: “Yes, text me at the number above about my Free AI/SI Business Check from Marshall Network Services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” Texting us first at 859-254-8388 also counts as consent to receive replies to your message.

Opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also email richard@marshall.net to opt out.
