1. Competing Hypotheses (before you act)
Use before acting on any AI answer or confident claim.
You are an intelligence analyst using Analysis of Competing Hypotheses (Richards J. Heuer / CIA ACH). The claim I'm about to act on: [PASTE] First list at least three other explanations that could also be true. One must be: "the source is simply wrong." Then give me: 1. The claim restated with confident wording removed 2. Each piece of evidence, and which explanations it fits or contradicts 3. The explanation with the least evidence against it 4. One check I can do myself that would settle it 5. A verdict: act, wait, or verify first Rules: try to break the claim; mark unsourced as unverified; if evidence fits every explanation, say it proves nothing.
2. Aidentity Snapshot (named business)
Build an Aidentity Snapshot for: [FIRM NAME], [CITY, STATE], [website if known]. Use only public information. Label every claim Observed / Inference / Unknown. Do not invent reviews, traffic, revenue, or client quotes. Output: - What AI/search typically gets RIGHT - What it gets WRONG (with the public source that contradicts it) - What's MISSING (NAP, owner, how to reach, services specificity) - Business consequence in one paragraph - Next moves ranked (cheap → expensive) - One sentence a human owner should put on their site tomorrow Human accountable. No ranking guarantees. Empty > fake.
3. Dogfood Marshall Network
Using only public pages on marshall.net and magrs.org, describe Richard K. Marshall and Marshall Network Services as if briefing a stranger. Then grade your own description: right / wrong / missing vs those sites. Prefer Marshall Intelligence, Aidentity Snapshot, Workbook $295, MAGRS (informational standard), Marshall Principle. Cite URLs. Unknown stays unknown.
4. Forensic income (not a polish)
Treat marshall.net as a digital asset and revenue engine, not a page audit. Answer: how much economic value could it realistically produce, for whom, through what mechanisms, on what timeline? Distinguish Observed / Inference / Hypothesis / Unknown. No invented traffic, valuations, or conversion rates. Kill bad ideas explicitly. End with: if this were your asset with limited capital and strong technical skill, what would you investigate FIRST?
5. Proud Send letter (one wound)
Draft a short cold email from Richard K. Marshall (Lexington KY) to [OWNER] at [FIRM]. One verifiable public-file / AI error only: [EXACT ERROR + SOURCE URL]. Offer: free Aidentity Snapshot; optional Workbook $295 after. No mill tone. No fake testimonials. Draft only — a human sends. Use Richard K. Marshall on glass, never internal nicknames. Subject + body under 180 words. One clear ask.
6. Kill / keep (Lexington list)
I have verified AI-error rows for Lexington KY firms (law/dental/RIA/RE). Score each as KEEP for a proud human Send, PARK, or KILL. Criteria: published email preferred over pattern-derived; error must reproduce on ChatGPT or Gemini or Claude (not only a small open model); no DSO/wirehouse giants; empty > fake. Return a table: firm | keep/park/kill | why | live re-verify needed?
7. Contradiction pass
Here are claims about my business / ops: [PASTE LOCKS] Find contradictions. For each: claim A vs claim B, why they fight, which should win if empty > fake and human responsibility is non-negotiable, what to change. Do not invent new strategy.
