What is a Public File Snapshot?
A Public File Snapshot is a free, evidence-backed look at what publicly observable sources let AI systems know, miss, or get wrong about a named organization. You request it, and Richard K. Marshall walks you through it on a 15-minute live call.
AI Identity is the picture those systems already have. The Snapshot shows you that picture: what is broken, not the fix list. It is free. It is not a rank, a score you can buy, or a promise that a model will mention you.
What it uses
Public evidence only: the website, listings, directories, maps, profiles, and other pages a model can reach without a login. If a fact is not in that file, the Snapshot does not invent it.
What you can do with it
- See what is supported, thin, or mismatched.
- Ask questions on the call. No obligation.
- If you want it fixed, the paid next step is the Cleanup ($297): we correct what we control, submit corrections everywhere else, and send you a before-and-after.
Software can sort evidence and hypothesize. A human reviews. You decide. You act.
Who it is for
An owner or executive who wants to know what a stranger — or an AI assistant — can already say about the organization from the public record. Marshall Network Services is Richard K. Marshall’s firm in Lexington, Kentucky. Every Snapshot is checked by Marshall Intelligence, and Richard K. Marshall checks every result.
What it is not
- Not a guarantee of placement in any AI product.
- Not a client list, testimonial, or case study about someone else’s company.
- Not MAGRS. MAGRS is the governance standard. The Snapshot is the free entry on marshall.net.
The Marshall Principle
Artificial intelligence may assist human decision-making, but responsibility always remains with humans.
Authority cannot be automated.
